ACUA Annual Conference

 

ACUA’s Annual Conferences follow much the same format as they did when the association was first formed; with days spent in educational sessions and evenings devoted to networking opportunities disguised as social functions! Nationally known keynote speakers provide valuable information and inspiration as a kickoff to each day. Attendees are then encouraged to attend different tracks on a variety of topics rather than a set track for the entire time of the conference.  Tracks typically cover such topics as Emerging Issues, Professional Development, Research & Compliance, Information Technology, Enterprise Risk Management, Fraud & Investigations and Specialized Knowledge & Roundtables. Networking opportunities abound from the Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday night, daily breakfasts, two luncheons, and two dinner events including the annual themed dinner/dance that is a unique ACUA experience that you won’t want to miss. The combination of camaraderie and focus on the latest issues related to internal auditing in higher education continue to serve as the foundation for the ACUA Annual Conference.
