Click here to access ACUA Annual Conference and Midyear Conference evaluation forms and CPE certificates from April 2009 – present. You must complete an evaluation in order to receive CPE credit. Even if you do not require CPE credit, we kindly ask that you complete this evaluation as your comments and suggestions are very valuable to us.
Once you have completed all sections of the evaluation for the sessions you attended, a CPE certificate button will populate at the end of the evaluation and allow you to print your certificate or email it to yourself.
CPE certificates will be retained for five years. Conference attendees may log back in at any time to download additional copies of CPE certificates.
