ACUA has reserved a limited number of rooms for our members, so register early. The room rate will be honored three days before and three days after the conference, based upon availability. Please keep in mind that ACUA only reserves room blocks for the actual dates of the conference. Although the hotel may honor rooms on either side of the conference, they may have only a few available at the special rate. If you are planning on coming early or staying after the conference is over, you may need to book those rooms separately.

Single $139 and $20 for additional people.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. but the hotel will make every effort to accommodate earlier arrivals.
The cutoff date for reservations is August 12, 2008. Reservations received after the cutoff date are subject to availability and the group rate is not guaranteed.
