| Wednesday’s general session speaker Dr. John Cavanaugh wrapped things up with a great presentation on disaster recovery, “Riders in the Storm | Business Meeting and Awards Outgoing President Patrick Reed and incoming President Betsy Bowers passed the gavel at the Business Meeting. |
